Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services
- Manage patient records and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff
- Handle billing, and payments when required
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Arabic language is mandatory (spoken & written)
- Good command of English
- Previous experience as a receptionist (medical or clinic experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Knowledge of clinic management systems is an advantage
