We’re a growing company built on teamwork, integrity, and great communication — and we’re looking for a dependable, organized Receptionist / Dispatcher to help keep our operations running smoothly every day.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as the main point of contact for customers and cleaning staff. This person will manage scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication through Jobber, while ensuring every clean runs efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer and return phone calls, texts, and emails promptly.
- Provide customers with information about cleaning packages, pricing, and scheduling.
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments using Jobber.
- Send customer review and feedback requests after each clean.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Scheduling & Dispatching
- Create and manage daily cleaning schedules for team members.
- Dispatch cleaners and coordinate routes to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor schedule progress and adjust as needed throughout the day.
- Ensure cleaners have all job details, notes, and addresses before shifts begin.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records in Jobber and Google Sheets.
- Track discounts, promotions, and referral programs.
- Send invoices, confirm payments, and follow up when needed.
- Manage and update our Google My Business page (reviews, photos, messages, etc.).
Team Coordination
- Communicate daily with the cleaning team to confirm updates or schedule changes.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts or customer issues.
- Keep management informed of any team or customer feedback.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace, Jobber experience preferred).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- Availability during Monday–Friday, 8 AM–3 PM (flexible).
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or office administration preferred.
Pay & Hours
- Pay: $14–$22 per hour (depending on experience)
- Hours: 25–35 hours per week
- Occasional additional hours for special projects or emergencies
