Receptionist / Document Controller

We are hiring a Receptionist / Document Controller for one of our valued clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be highly presentable, have excellent English communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple administrative tasks with professionalism and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain and organize office documents, records, and filing systems
  • Handle document processing and coordination
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations and assist various departments
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics
  • Ensure the reception area and office environment are tidy and well-maintained

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative/document control role in a reputed firm
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Highly presentable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
