Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, meeting rooms and visitor logs.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the firm’s high standards of professionalism.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient front-desk operations and client support.
Requirements:
- European Speakers only.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken is a mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or front-desk role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, presentable appearance, and client-facing confidence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
