Job Title: Receptionist / Executive Administrator

Location: Churchill Executive Towers, Business Bay, Dubai
Working Hours: UK Shift (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday + Alternate Saturdays)
Salary: 5,000 AED per month (basic)

About Us

We are a growing international operations business supporting UK-based energy and engineering services. Our Dubai office plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, coordination, and executive support. We are now seeking a professional, organised, and confident Receptionist / Executive Administrator to be the front face of our Dubai office and provide high-level administrative support.

Role Overview

This is a dual-function role combining front-of-house reception duties with executive and office administration support. You will be responsible for managing the office environment, handling communications, supporting senior management, and ensuring the office operates smoothly and professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front-of-House

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
  • Greeting visitors and coordinating meeting room usage.
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

Executive & Office Administration

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior management.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating diaries.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations when required.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Managing office supplies, vendors, and general office administration.
  • Supporting HR and operations with onboarding documentation and coordination.
  • Assisting with travel bookings, expenses, and internal coordination tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, executive assistant, or office administrator.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and communication style.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems.

What We Offer

  • Salary: 5,000 AED per month (basic)
