Receptionist (Female)

Aptech Learning , The world renowned IT institute invite applicants for the position of Faculty Member or IT Teacher at Malir Center.

Job description:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area at all times.
• Handle all inquiries professionally and politely, whether in person, by phone, or email.
• Provide friendly and helpful support to students, visitors, and staff at all times.
• Perform routine security inspections throughout the day and promptly inform the line manager of any concerns.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings
• Carry out instructions given by the Center Management team and Head Office.
• Prior experience in graphic design will be considered an advantage
