Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
· Greet visitors and clients professionally
· Handle and transfer incoming calls
· Manage front desk operations
· Handle inward & outward couriers and basic office communication
· Assist with basic administrative tasks
· Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable
Job Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skill (Gujarati, Hindi & English)
Familiarity with office equipment (EPBAX system, Printers, And Computers)
Basic Computer Skills in Microsoft Office
Attention To Detail And A Commitment To Accuracy
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
