We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Female Receptionist to manage our studio calendar, handle client bookings, and assist in the coordination of photography and video shoots. This is a key role that ensures smooth operations and excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and ensure a welcoming studio environment
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments and shoots
- Maintain the studio calendar and coordinate with photographer.
- Assist with client contracts, invoices, and basic bookkeeping
- Keep the studio tidy, stocked, and photo-ready
- Help organize events, shoots, and general studio logistics
- Manage supplies, inventory, and studio maintenance
- Support with marketing, social media scheduling, and promotions
- Prepare and send booking confirmations and necessary pre-shoot information to clients
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

- Experience with basic admin tools (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems)
- Passion for photography or the creative industry is a plus
