Receptionist - Female

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Ajman. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can confidently handle front-desk responsibilities and support daily office operations in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
  • Maintain office records, documents, and basic administrative files
  • Assist staff with routine office tasks to support daily operations
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Candidate Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
