Receptionist (Female)

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Receptionist to join our education consultancy. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and must demonstrate excellent communication, organisational skills, and a professional attitude.

This role requires someone who can efficiently manage front desk operations, guide clients appropriately, and support administrative and digital tasks, including social media handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand client requirements and guide them to the appropriate consultant or department
  • Maintain an organised front desk and ensure smooth client flow
  • Record and manage client information accurately
  • Create and maintain query registers using Microsoft Excel
  • Regularly update tracking sheets and follow up with clients as required
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in queries efficiently
  • Manage and moderate the company’s Facebook Page, including regular updates and responses
  • Receive, organise, and distribute documents to relevant staff members
  • Perform document scanning, printing, and basic office administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of client information

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Basic knowledge of social media management (Facebook Page handling preferred)
  • Experience in reception, administration, or customer service is an advantage
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
