Administrative & Operational Duties
- Manage spa reservations, schedules, and client appointments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases.
- Order and manage spa supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
2. Customer Service
- Promote spa services, treatments, and products to enhance the customer experience.
3. Marketing & Promotions
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including social media, email promotions, and special offers.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and promotional packages.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and partners for promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in spa, hospitality, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
