Arfeen Real Estate is hiring a professional and well-presented Receptionist to oversee front-desk activities at our Ajman office. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries efficiently
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules with the sales team
  • Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents properly
  • Assist staff with daily office and administrative support tasks
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area remain organized and presentable

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-focused personality
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and data entry
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
