Arfeen Real Estate is hiring a professional and well-presented Receptionist to oversee front-desk activities at our Ajman office. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate appointments and schedules with the sales team
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents properly
- Assist staff with daily office and administrative support tasks
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain organized and presentable
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and data entry
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
