Here are the key responsibilities.
-Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Greeting and Reception: Welcome visitors, direct them to the relevant department or staff member, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Telephone Operations: Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage mail and deliveries, maintain records, update databases, and perform general administrative duties.
