Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Salary: Starting from 40,000 PKR

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Female Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system

Handle client inquiries and provide information about services and products

Manage salon correspondence and emails

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role will be preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with softwares
