Job Title: Female Arabic Receptionist

We are hiring a Female Arabic Receptionist to join our medical center branches in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients professionally.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
• Handle billing, payments, and general reception duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• Female candidate.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical center, clinic, or hospital is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi.
