Receptionist - Female (DHA Phase 2)

Job Purpose

To welcome guests, manage front desk operations, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors professionally.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate guest and booking records.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requirements.
  • Address guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain front desk documentation.

Requirements

  • Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

KPIs

  • Guest satisfaction.
  • Accuracy of bookings and records.
  • Attendance and punctuality.
  • Professional conduct and policy compliance.

Location : DHA Phase 2

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
