Job Purpose
To welcome guests, manage front desk operations, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and visitors professionally.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest and booking records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requirements.
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain front desk documentation.
Requirements
- Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Professional conduct and policy compliance.
Location : DHA Phase 2
Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
