Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Execute the full sales process: manage leads, conduct persistent follow-ups, and convert prospects into members.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for memberships, and private training.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, booking quality appointments.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Tackle all walk-in inquiries, providing a warm, welcoming, and engaging experience.
  • Conduct inspiring and informative tours of the facility, tailoring them to the individual's goals and needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both prospective and current members.
  • Assist with retaining current members by providing unmated customer service.
  • Operations & Events:
  • Manage and maintain the sales and lead management software (CRM) efficiently.
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
  • Coordinate, participate in, and support special club events, health fairs, and community promotions.
  • Assist with retail inventory input and take photos/videos for social media platforms.
  • Emphasize and enforce the club's objectives as a premier fitness and wellness provider.
  • Work Ethic:
  • Demonstrate a self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Must be flexible with work timings, including working extended hours and on weekends to meet business demands.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent sales, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Must have outstanding communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities. A target-driven and goal-oriented mindset is essential.
  • Personality: A warm, engaging, and welcoming personality with a passion for fitness, health, and lifestyle improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills (MS Office) and the ability to quickly learn and use our CRM/POS software.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, takes initiative, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Pay: ₹12,044.36 - ₹26,164.84 per month
