We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our busy dental clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Managing appointments and scheduling
• Handling phone calls and patient enquiries
• Processing payments and maintaining patient records
• Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (dental/medical preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT and organizational skills
• Professional, calm, and compassionate demeanor
