Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
  • Provide information about the center’s services and assist clients with inquiries.
  • Support sales activities by promoting services and packages to new and existing clients.
  • Create and post simple content (stories and photos) for social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote offers and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or beauty center.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Confident in creating social media content (Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Presentable, energetic, and friendly personality.
  • Must have a valid UAE residence visa (transferable preferred).
