Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
- Provide information about the center’s services and assist clients with inquiries.
- Support sales activities by promoting services and packages to new and existing clients.
- Create and post simple content (stories and photos) for social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote offers and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or beauty center.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Confident in creating social media content (Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
- Presentable, energetic, and friendly personality.
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (transferable preferred).
