Receptionist For Gaming Zone

Job Location: Malir Cantt

Timings: 12 hours

Salary: Basic salary + commission on achieving sales targets

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at the gaming zone. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome guests entering the gaming zone with a friendly and positive attitude.

· Handle inquiries from customers in person, and over the phone, providing accurate information about gaming services, pricing, and promotions.

· Facilitate sales transactions efficiently. handle cash transactions accurately and securely, including processing payments for admission, merchandise, and game tokens.

· Represent our gaming zone in the local community through outdoor marketing efforts. This may include distributing flyers, attending community events, and promoting our services to potential customers.

· Ensure the reception area and gaming zone premises are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

· Collaborate with other staff members to address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

· Maintain knowledge of current gaming offerings, events, and promotions to provide relevant information to guests.

· Monitor and manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the gaming zone to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

· Enjoy a base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional income through commission on membership.

· Maintained regular working hours of 8 hours per day, ensuring availability during peak operating times and providing consistent support to customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

· Intermediate or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service preferred.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

· Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as receptionist, front desk associate, or customer service representative, is preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with people from diverse backgrounds.

· Passion for gaming and a willingness to learn about our products and services.

· Candidates near Malir Cantt will prefer.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
