Receptionist for Hospital Front Desk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk.
  • Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and guide callers appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the doctor’s calendar.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Handle billing, OPD slips, and issue tokens.
  • Coordinate with departments like pharmacy, lab, and doctors' rooms.
  • Ensure the waiting area is neat and organized.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate or Graduate.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist (preferably in healthcare) is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer usage (MS Word, Excel, and basic hospital software).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, patient-friendly, and well-presented.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
