Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant

We are a local property management company, specializing in the management of homeowners associations and are seeking a reliable, personable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team.

This position serves as the first point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors, while also supporting our office with a variety of administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable using modern office technology and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to emails and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Program gate remotes and FOBS
  • Maintain parking permits and guest parking lists
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files
  • Enter and update information in company databases and management software
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing documents
  • Process mail and coordinate with vendors when needed
  • Provide general administrative support to management staff

Qualifications:

  • Prior receptionist, office assistant, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
