
Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
Job Responsibilities

Handle front desk reception duties, warmly and professionally welcoming visiting clients, partners, and interviewees;

Answer and transfer company calls, accurately recording and relaying messages;

Manage visitor registration, escorting, and meeting arrangements;

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document organization, courier handling, and office supply management;

Support meeting room scheduling, conference preparation, and logistical assistance;

Maintain cleanliness and order in the front desk and common areas to uphold a positive company image;

Support HR and administrative departments in completing related tasks;
-
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements

Associate degree or higher, preferably in Administrative Management, Business, Hotel Management, or related fields;

Professional appearance and demeanor with strong work ethic and service orientation;

English proficiency as a working language with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic or other language skills preferred);

Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.);

Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;
-
Prior experience in front desk, administrative, or client reception roles preferred; recent graduates may also be considered.
