Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk reception duties, warmly and professionally welcoming visiting clients, partners, and interviewees;
  • Answer and transfer company calls, accurately recording and relaying messages;
  • Manage visitor registration, escorting, and meeting arrangements;
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document organization, courier handling, and office supply management;
  • Support meeting room scheduling, conference preparation, and logistical assistance;
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the front desk and common areas to uphold a positive company image;
  • Support HR and administrative departments in completing related tasks;
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher, preferably in Administrative Management, Business, Hotel Management, or related fields;
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong work ethic and service orientation;
  • English proficiency as a working language with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic or other language skills preferred);
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.);
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;
  • Prior experience in front desk, administrative, or client reception roles preferred; recent graduates may also be considered.
