About the Role:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and clients. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth, welcoming, and high-quality experience in a luxury property environment.

What You’ll Do?

Front Desk & Guest Reception

  • Welcome tenants, visitors, and clients in a professional manner
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean and presentable
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Direct visitors to the correct departments or property managers
  • Maintain visitor logs and access records

Tenant & Client Support

  • Assist tenants with service requests, complaints, and general concerns
  • Coordinate maintenance requests (AC, plumbing, repairs, cleaning, etc.)
  • Provide information about building facilities and services
  • Handle mail, courier deliveries, and package distribution

Administrative Support

  • Schedule appointments for management and leasing teams
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and data entry tasks
  • Support HR and administrative teams when required
  • Prepare daily front desk activity reports

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or diploma in office administration/hospitality

1–2 years of experience in reception or customer service roles

Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, email handling)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmen

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
