Health 360 is expanding its presence in the capital city, and we’re looking for confident, professional, and customer-focused Receptionists to join our growing team.

Position:

Receptionist / Front Desk Officer (Female)

Location:

Islamabad

Requirements:

  • Graduation (minimum)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls and appointment scheduling
  • Manage patient check-ins and front desk coordination
  • Maintain records and basic administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable using computer systems and POS software
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
