Requirements:
- Graduation (minimum)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls and appointment scheduling
- Manage patient check-ins and front desk coordination
- Maintain records and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Comfortable using computer systems and POS software
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
