We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents with inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure that all student records are handled confidentially.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and managing school supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support school events and daily operations. - Respond to emails and communications in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the front office area is clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
FA/FSC/BA
Two years experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
