-Deal with direct visitors, clients, or customers in a professional manner and refer them to the concerned person.

-Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.

-Assisting various administrative duties such as filing documents, data entry, maintaining records.

-Keeping office well maintained, clean and organized by keeping cleaning and serving staff in check.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

-Making Sure all the customers are attended to and everything is in order in display floor.

Requirements:
- Minimum One-Year of experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT.
- Have good analytical skills.
