Receptionist & Insurance coordinator

Responsible for managing front desk operations and handling all insurance-related tasks within the clinic, including appointments, patient communication, insurance verification, claims processing, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and manage appointments and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update patient records.
  • Handle patient check-in, check-out, and payment coordination.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
  • Perform daily administrative and reception duties.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and support audits.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reception and medical/dental insurance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and clinic software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Speak Arabic & English
