Responsible for managing front desk operations and handling all insurance-related tasks within the clinic, including appointments, patient communication, insurance verification, claims processing, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and manage appointments and phone calls.
- Maintain and update patient records.
- Handle patient check-in, check-out, and payment coordination.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
- Perform daily administrative and reception duties.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and file tax returns and support audits.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception and medical/dental insurance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and clinic software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Speak Arabic & English
