Receptionist- IVF

We're Hiring : Receptionist -IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)

Location: Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Tanur Malappuram

We are seeking a compassionate and organized IVF Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will ensure smooth front office operations. Candidates must have prior experience in IVF or hospital front desk operations and a qualification in Hospital Administration.

Educational Qualification:

• Any degree and Diploma in Hospital Administration (Mandatory)

Experience:

• 1–2 years of prior experience
• Experience handling IVF patients and understanding IVF workflows is preferred.
• Hospital reception or healthcare administration

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with IVF specialists, nurses, and lab staff for smooth patient flow.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries regarding IVF services.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive patient information.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused and empathetic approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
