Receptionist / Live Streaming & Promotions Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and presentable Receptionist who can manage front desk operations while also handling live streaming, social media promotions, and marketing of clinic services and packages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in front of the camera, and the ability to engage with clients both online and in person.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Administrative Duties

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle appointments, inquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages.
• Maintain patient records and front desk documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff regarding schedules and patient flow.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Process payments and issue receipts when required.

Live Streaming & Marketing Duties

• Conduct live streaming sessions for clinic promotions, services, and treatment packages.
• Promote clinic offers, events, and special packages through social media platforms.
• Engage with online viewers professionally and answer basic inquiries during live sessions.
• Assist in creating promotional content such as videos, reels, photos, and captions.
• Support marketing campaigns to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement.
• Coordinate with management regarding promotional activities and advertisements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service staff, or social media promoter is an advantage.
• Confident personality with good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live streams.
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
