- Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Assist with general administrative and office duties.
- Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and post content, photos, and videos.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach.
- Respond to messages and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
