Receptionist / Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

  • Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist with general administrative and office duties.
  • Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and post content, photos, and videos.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach.
  • Respond to messages and inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
