Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,16,000 P.A.
Working Hours: 9 hours/day
Experience: 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle patient inquiries, registrations, and appointments
-Manage calls and coordinate home collection requests
-Maintain accurate daily accounts and records
-Provide basic information on pathology tests
-Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors & lab technicians
-Handle queries with professionalism and politeness

Requirements:

-Graduate in any discipline (healthcare/life sciences preferred)
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reputed pathology lab
-Good communication in Hindi and basic English
-Proficiency in MS Office & good typing speed
-Smart, proactive, and responsible attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• working in a reputed pathology lab.: 3 years (Required)
