Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Saturday and afternoon availability is required.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.

- Proficient in computer use with a strong understanding of office software applications.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

- Familiarity with Ezyvet is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to proofread documents meticulously for errors or inconsistencies.
