Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet, check-in, and guide patients/visitors politely; Manage after-hours entry, security, and visitor policies.
- Admissions & Registration: Register new patients, update records, and verify insurance/ID.
- Emergency & Communication: Act as the primary contact for inquiries; Coordinate with nurses/doctors on call; Alert staff during emergencies.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer/route phone calls, schedule follow-up appointments, and prepare patient files for the morning.
- Financial & Records: Handle after-hours billing, collect payments, and securely maintain patient data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic Computer, email, Excel .
- Experience: Previous, or 1–2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare administration is often preferred.
