Receptionist-Night Shift

manages patient admissions, emergency, and visitor flow while handling administrative tasks like data entry and phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet, check-in, and guide patients/visitors politely; Manage after-hours entry, security, and visitor policies.
  • Admissions & Registration: Register new patients, update records, and verify insurance/ID.
  • Emergency & Communication: Act as the primary contact for inquiries; Coordinate with nurses/doctors on call; Alert staff during emergencies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer/route phone calls, schedule follow-up appointments, and prepare patient files for the morning.
  • Financial & Records: Handle after-hours billing, collect payments, and securely maintain patient data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic Computer, email, Excel .
  • Experience: Previous, or 1–2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare administration is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
