Who is VMRC?

VMRC is a Christ-centered, nonprofit continuing care retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care for older adults. It also provides wellness programs, educational opportunities, and arts and cultural activities for residents and the wider community.

This position is responsible for completing front desk operations at assigned Supportive Living locations, including Assisted Living and Transitional Care/Long-Term Care. This position serves as a receptionist to staff, residents, family members, and/or guests entering the assigned location. Responsibilities include answering the telephone, greeting and assisting visitors and residents as well as performing administrative support duties for the assigned location.

The starting base rate of pay is $15.00-$17.79 per hour, based on prior experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

• Evening Shift
• Hours are 4:30 - 8:00 PM, Mon - Friday, with some flexibility.

Requirements:

• Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent with the ability to complete basic clerical tasks?
• Are you highly organized, able to maintain a high level of accuracy, detail-focused, and possess computer experience with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook?
