About us

We are a health care business in the Village of Lancaster, NY. Our goal is to provide high quality health care in a positive, friendly upbeat modern office setting.

We are looking for an energetic Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our busy team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting & scheduling patients, cleaning exam tables, filing and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and take/retrieve them to the appropriate treatment room.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages.
  • Schedule appointments and make phone calls.
  • File folders, clean treatment room, vacuum and maintain a neat office.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office staff.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
