We are a locally owned property management company seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Office Support team member. This position serves as the first point of contact for our office and provides administrative and leasing support in a professional, customer-focused environment.
This role offers a consistent daytime schedule and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a small office team.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
- End-time flexibility may be available
- Opportunity for additional hours as business needs require
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, residents, and clients in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain organized digital and paper records; perform data entry
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointments
- Prepare, proofread, and process office documents and notices
- Coordinate maintenance requests and create work orders
- Support leasing activities including applications, leases, showings, and inspections (Dallas area only)
- Post notices, deliver documents, and complete bank deposits as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment
- Provide general administrative support to property managers
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in receptionist, administrative, clerical, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Professional, courteous, and respectful communication with tenants, clients, vendors, and the public
- Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small office environment
- Self-directed, dependable, and able to take initiative
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification to ensure accuracy
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to document quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Familiarity with computerized office systems, recordkeeping, and scheduling tools
- Experience with calendar management and appointment coordination

Compensation & Benefits
- $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
