Receptionist- Oman Automobile Association (OAA)

Provides roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, travel services, and driver support across Oman. Customer service teams manage emergency calls, memberships, and service coordination.

A Receptionist at an organization like OAA is the first point of contact for visitors, members, and callers. Typical responsibilities include:

Front Desk & Customer Interaction

Greet visitors, members, partners, and guests politely and professionally.

Answer incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take messages.

Provide basic information about the association’s services, events, and programs.

Communication & Coordination

Serve as the liaison between departments for incoming queries.

Handle emails, inquiries, appointment scheduling, and internal correspondence.

Coordinate meeting logistics and manage the reception area.

Administrative Support

Maintain daily logs of visitors and phone calls.

Manage office files, records, and basic documentation.

Support clerical functions such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.

Office Organization

Keep the reception area neat and well-organized.

Assist with general office tasks like ordering office supplies and coordinating mail.

Occasionally support events or stakeholder visits (if required).

Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English (and often Arabic).

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Basic computer skills (MS Office).

  • High school diploma or equivalent; any office experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RO360.000 per month
