We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist & Real Estate Coordinator with previous experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have worked in a real estate company, property management company, or a similar role involving client interaction, contract administration, and property listing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and welcome clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Follow up on client payments and maintain payment records.
- Prepare, organize, and monitor contracts and related documentation.
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and management regarding transactions and administrative matters.
- Manage and update company accounts on real estate portals such as Property Finder and other listing platforms.
- Upload, edit, and maintain property listings.
- Ensure all property information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a real estate company is mandatory.
- Experience in reception, administration, property coordination, or real estate support roles.
- Familiarity with property portals such as Property Finder and similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage contracts, payment follow-ups, and administrative processes efficiently.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of UAE real estate procedures and documentation.
- Experience handling CRM systems and property management software.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per hour
