Job Description:
Florence Medical Center in Dubai is looking for a Russian-speaking Receptionist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will handle patient reception, appointment management, and front-desk operations with a high level of customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment bookings
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
• Maintain patient files and confidentiality
• Assist with billing and insurance claims when needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English (Arabic is an advantage)
• in the UAE
