Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist also known as the Sales Officer promote and sell membership packages to new clients and retain existing members through effective sales renewals and upgrades as per approved prices. You will market and sell all facility products and services while maintaining highest customer service and best customer satisfaction level. You will need to enter and update all customers data on Company's systems and applications and follow up on timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:

Promoting and sell membership packages to potential new clients and sell renewals/upgrades to current members along with other income (PT training, Nutrition Program, Sports Items)

Know complete Product, Pricing, and Promotion knowledge for the facility membership sales.

Maintain effective CRM and FC planner by using our established sales systems.

Execute Company's referral programs, in addition to Up-selling, and cross-selling daily sales practices.

Enter and update all customer details, facility walks-ins, customer inquiry into the Company's systems and applications.

Conduct courtesy calls to all new members on monthly basis to build and maintain relationships and ensure that the members are regular in using our sports facility.

In charge of reaching and exceeding daily sales targets

provide excellent customer service while reaching sales objectives and goals.

Answer phone calls in a professional etiquette to ensure highest customer satisfaction

prospect and acquire leads by calling, texting, or emailing potential members, or chatting with them at local events or during facility walk-ins

Maintain long-term clientele loyalty and grow the facility's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service

Keep self-updated and informed with good understanding of current fitness trends.

Attend and resolve members' issues professionally and objectively by demonstrating empathy and compassion

Welcome and greet visitors and members to the facility and conduct onsite tours for visitors

Carryout various administrative tasks including but not limited to: Facility licenses renewals, Baladiya Card renewals for all facility employees, documentation and reports as requested from the line manager

Execute marketing programs both within and outside of the facility as requested by the line manager

Comply to country of location health and safety procedures and support in implementing the same at workplace when required.

Train new joiners as per approved user guides and SOPs.

Execute management directives when required.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent qualifications

Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude

Must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Must have good customer service skills
-
Arabic conversational skills will be preferred
