Abyan Building Construction Company is looking for a professional Arab Receptionist/Secretary (female candidates are welcome to apply) to join our office team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and assist with Arabic documentation and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Prepare, review, and translate Arabic documents, letters, and contracts.
  • Maintain office records, files, and administrative systems.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Support general office tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Arab nationality (female preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in secretarial or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
