About the Practice

Our Smile Line Dental Care practice is a part of our ever-growing Bupa network of dental, optical and health insurance practices and stores! Smile Line Dental Care is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 3-chair practice. The Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bankstown, NSW practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking permanent full-time work:

• Modern dental practice with 3 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
• Friendly, fun and dedicated team
• Convenient location with a train and bus stations within walking distance!
• Located close by to Bankstown central shopping centre
• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

You'll be

• Available to work full-time, across Monday to Friday (with one late night shift)
• Saturday is a must!
• Previous Dental Reception experience is essential
• You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
