About Us

Sin City Real Estate and Management is a locally owned property management company based in Las Vegas, specializing in single-family long-term rentals across Clark County. We are a small, fast-moving team that takes pride in responsive communication and strong community relationships.

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable part-time Receptionist and Social Media Manager to be the first point of contact for our office and help maintain our brand presence online. This is an in-office position at our Valley View location.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls; greet visitors professionally
• Communicate with tenants and property owners via phone and email
• Process and track incoming payments accurately
• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the team
• Create and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva in alignment with brand standards
• Write blog content and assist with copywriting for social captions, emails, and promotions
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling tenant and owner inquiries with professionalism and confidence
• Proficient in Canva with an eye for clean, on-brand design
• Ability to write clear, engaging content for blogs and social media
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a small office environment
• Real estate or property management experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; receptionist shift begins at noon
• Major holidays off (unpaid)
• 1 paid Birthday PTO day to be used during your birthday month

Compensation

• $12–$15 per hour depending on experience
• Bonus opportunities available
