Receptionist (Spanish Speaking)

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and organized bilingual Spanish/English-Speaking Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming environment for clients while efficiently managing administrative tasks and general office upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling and reminders
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting area and break room
• Handle sensitive client information with strict confidentiality
• Process payments and manage basic bookkeeping tasks
• Assist counselors with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and scheduling software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Empathetic and patient demeanor
• Basic understanding of mental health terminology and HIPAA regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience working with Simple Practice or other EHRs

We are a veteran-owned and operated counseling center located in Killeen, TX. Our mission is to help individuals, couples, and families find peace of mind and develop the skills to live a full life. We serve the Central Texas area including Fort Cavazos, Harker Heights, Killeen, Copperas Cove, and Lampasas for in-person appointments. We also support the broader Texas community through our telehealth services.
