Job Summary

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Provide basic information about the company and its services
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required
  • Handle office inquiries and redirect them appropriately

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and handle work pressure
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
