Receptionist & telecalling

India

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and relatives in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage doctor’s appointments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department/person.
  • Provide information regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collect and verify patient details, maintain records, and update patient information in the system.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff for smooth patient flow.
  • Handle billing inquiries, registration forms, and initial documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
  • Monitor the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
