Position Overview:
Jeff Drennen's GM Superstore is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Temporary Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers, both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage showroom traffic and notify appropriate sales or service personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support various departments with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems a plus)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
