As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling mail and packages
• Scan and document essential records and information
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Provide administrative support to the wellness center team, including scheduling appointments and preparing materials
• Assist with special events and programs, such as exercise classes and social activities
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the wellness center

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with administrative software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
