We are hiring a Receptionist with knowledge of dental insurance approvals and invoicing to support front-desk operations in a busy clinic in Sharjah

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk

  • Schedule appointments, manage calls/WhatsApp enquiries, reminders and follow-ups
  • Maintain patient files, consent forms, and accurate data entry

Dental Insurance Support

  • Check basic insurance eligibility and patient details
  • Assist in preparing and sending pre-approval requests (as per doctor instructions)
  • Follow up on approvals and inform patients of status
  • Coordinate between doctors, patients, and insurance

Invoicing & Payments

  • Prepare invoices and receipts accurately
  • Collect co-payments (cash/card), update billing records
  • Support daily reporting and basic reconciliation (as assigned)

Requirements

  • Understanding of insurance approvals and invoicing/billing
  • Comfortable using computer systems (Excel/clinic software/insurance portals)
  • Communication skills

Salary AED 2,500/month

Time : 9am to 1pm and 5pm to 9:30pm

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
